it's a sick, vicious carousel...
i hate this emo rollercoaster - it plays games
of the heart + mind
i have my highs - on most days
but now it's a low - a rare find
a deep blow - i shouldn't be wasting my time

just when u think u've met someone quite right
everything goes by in a blur
+ slaps u in the face
that all was just an illusion
of something that could have been beautiful
but i guess it's all just about damn stupid timing

i wish it all didn't happen
but it did.
